ShahRukh-Kajol starrer ‘My Name Is Khan’ to be unveiled on 18th December

The 1st looks of the much awaited Karan Johar movie that spins around an autistic Shah Rukh Khan amidst the backdrop of terrorism will be put on public display on 18th December along with the Indian release of James ‘Titanic’ Cameron’s ‘Avatar’.

The director Karan Johar, who kissed meteoric success with his mega-hits like ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ and ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gam’, is pretty anxious and animated about the opening trailers. He is leaving no stone unturned in his desperate bid to create a huge frenzy after the teasers hit the screens next Friday. He has been working incessantly in the editor’s room as he wants the best possible look of the preliminary promos. And he’s certainly losing sleep over this. Primarily, because this is his most proactive mega-project and secondly, because his last film ‘Kabhi Alwidaa Na Kehna’ was given a thumbs down by both critics and the spectators.

We hope, this time around, he will create the right buzz and the final product will be worth a watch. The film releases on last quarter of February.

Kareena Kapoor is desperate for Shah Rukh Khan

There was a time when Kareena Kapoor blushed and sighed at the mere mention of Shah Rukh Khan. Confessing to be his biggest fan, the stunner couldn’t stop raving about King Khan as she publically requested filmmakers to cast her against the talented actor.

But with her request snubbed and ignored, the heartbroken lady has now decided to stay mum on Shah Rukh Khan.

She might be the most coveted actress in B-town, working with top-notch actors, but Bebo is feeling gloomy, as she is yet not approached to work with SRK. Talking about her hopes to work with SRK, the actress said, "I’d love to work with SRK again. I’m sure something is in the wings.”

Ask her what’s in the pipeline and the superstitious actress quickly says, "I don’t want to talk about it and jinx it, but I know that in his heart SRK knows that I want to work with him and we will work together”.

Slamming reports that it was her on and off equation with SRK that was the root cause of her troubles, Kareena said, "Gauri, SRK, Saif and I are very close; we’re always dining at each others’ homes.”

Well, that should put all rumours to rest.

It is by now well known that Shah Rukh Khan's autobiography is on the verge of completion.

Sources who have been priveledged enough to go through a few chapters, disclose that that it is very unlike the Shah Rukh Khan we know of as Khan has totally underplayed himself.

Tentatively titled '20 Years To A Decade', the autobiography is scheduled to be out in April 2010.
