OSO cinematographer V Manikanandan amazed by SRK

And now his eyes are trained on the stunning Deepika Padukone, who makes her dream debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the upcoming 35-crore venture, OM SHANTI OM.

Who are we talking about? Well, let us not test your patience further. We are referring to Shah Rukh's in-house cinematographer, Manikanandan, for two of his biggest home productions, MAIN HOON NA and the forthcoming OM SHANTI OM.

A fan of veteran P C Sreeram, Manikanandan's admiration for King Khan (which started with MAIN HOON NA) has only increased. He finds the superstar fantastic. He is specially amazed by the way Shah Rukh Khan has developed his 6-pack abs in a matter of two months, for the much talked about (on-air) 'Dard-E-Disco'.

Red Chillies and Eros enjoy a special relationship going back many years : SRK

Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, Om Shanti Om stars Shah Rukh Khan and newcomer Deepika Padukone. The film's score and soundtrack has been composed by the musical duo, Vishal-Shekhar with lyrics by Javed Akhtar. Cinematography for the movie is by V Manikandan whilst editing is handled by Shirish Kunder.

Om Shanti Om is a story of love, dreams, betrayal and destiny revolving around a film actor 'Om' (Shah Rukh Khan) and his love interest 'Shanti' (Deepika Padukone). The film also has over 30 Bollywood stars including Salman Khan, Rani Mukherjee, Kajol, Sanjay Dutt, Priyanka Chopra, Preity Zinta, Saif Ali Khan amongst others in a guest appearance.
