The movie has created box-office history, with the trio of Karan Johar, Shahrukh Khan & Kajol coming together after a long time. A Dharma Productions and Red Chillies Entertainment presentation, this is Karan Johar's fourth directorial venture. 'My Name is Khan' is the triumphant story of an unconventional hero overcoming obstacles to regain the love of his life. The film holds the record for the highest opening day & also the highest grosser overseas for a Bollywood film.

Keeping the excitement and wide appreciation that the films has received, Reliance BIG Home Video has launched a premium collector's edition - a 2-DVD pack. Apart from the film, the 'Special Features' disc has exclusive, never- before-seen content.
