Shahrukh Khan's "Fauji- 2" will feature Jackie Shroff's son Tiger

Bollywood's "King Khan" Shahrukh Khan started his career from the small screen with a serial named "Fauji". This serial turned his ways to Bollywood. And now, Shahrukh Khan is planning to get back to his roots again.

The serial ‘Fauji' was very recognized by the viewers of past days, when Doordarshan was the only channel for entertainment. Now the same serial is going to hit the television sets with a sequel name of ‘Fauji- 2' by our King Khan.

This time the serial will be produced by the King Khan's production Red Chillies Idiot Box. Another interesting twist of this upcoming serial Fauji 2 has also been revealed and that the actor Jackie Shroff is going to make his son Tiger, the launch pad in tinsel world.

But the team are still waiting for Tiger's approval, 18-year old; Tiger is going to play the role of Shahrukh Khan's son in the serial. Meanwhile sources said that the show is being scripted under the supervision of Colonel Kapoor who wrote it for Fauji.

Now the viewers will decide the destiny of the serial after its delivery on the small screens to the fans.

Contrary to earlier speculation where it was buzzed that the show will air on NDTV Imagine, Fauji is now all set to launch on Colors. Col.Kapoor, who had conceptualised, produced and acted in the original series, has handed over the production reigns to Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Idiot Box.

When contacted now, Col. Kapoor said, "I can't disclose anything to you now. All I can tell you now is that we've started working on 'Fauji'. You please contact Red Chillies for all details."

Sources though have it that Colors has liked the concept but have asked the producers to work more on the script.
